Whats the best thing to use for Green lantern and other lantern constructs

To get started in casting, yes. Its a lot to start from nothing. After you have some good molds that you will use over and over...the cost becomes more manageable.

I would like to have some random constructs, like a brick wall, swords and anvils is that clear resin exspensive?

The thicker it is the more opaque it will become.

Yep. You can get them online of Hobby Lobby. They'll have dyes you can add in the same location with the resins. Green would look like the guy on the left:

I have actually thought about doin that, like sculptin than castin and moldin it but I didn't know there was a clear plastic resin....THANKS A LOT

I would think you would need to mold whatever you wanted the construct to be, then cast it in clear resin with the color dye per lantern type.
