Tamiya vs Alclad/ Where to get them

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has used Alclad candy colors and translucent Tamiya paints. How do they compare to each other in terms of finishing?
Also, could you please recommend an online store with really good prices on both these paints? Preferrably that you know they will ship in discrete boxes. (I will need to ship to my country from my address in the States, so I need a discrete package, otherwise they might get confiscated
