The God King base figure?

I'm new to the realm and you're probably wondering who "The God King" is right? Well... The God King is an enemy from the iOS game Infinity Blade(ever heard of it?). I can't post links yet so I'm afraid you'll have to look up what he looks like. Anyway, I was wondering if anybody knew a good base figure and or parts for him as I want The God King to be my first ever custom action figure!
