Identification help: female 6" figure?

Hi everyone,

I saw this custom of an alt. princess leia done by Sillof (6" and wanted to know what figure the head comes from. Looks like sculpted hair, but I could swear I had lr saw the base figures face somewhere before. It'd be perfect for a costom I wanted to do.
