DC DIRECT IDENTITY CRISIS BATMAN FIGURE

Does any one have one and does it look that the caps will come off...id the neck part of the cape? I hate to buy a figure only to find out I can't use it for the part I need it for.

Also, this Batman figure:http://www.ebay.com/itm/160949651853 Would the cape fit a regular DC Classic shoulders?
