Want to commission someone who's good at sculpting hair

If anyone here who's good at sculpting hair wouldn't mind PMing me, I have a head that needs the hair touched up. Under the hood, the head has a square hole for the peg on the hood to plug into, and some of the soft plastic of the hood is stuck to the hair. So I need the hair sculpted/fixed and painted to match the color already on it at least.
