Hi everyone, I need help on how to Perpping/cracking/separating sota street fighter figures. I want to use adon's torso and insert guiles arm and ball joint shoulders.

Shin is correct. The only thing you crack on those SOTA SFs are the crotches.
For your purpose, dip both dudes in a mug of hot water for 4 minutes. Then pop and replace.
