Figures with T-shirt and cargo shorts?

I've got a custom in mind for a figure with a t shirt (thin to lean build) and another figure 9or the same) with cargo shorts. Same buid. I've found some figures, but no too many with either of these things. Any ideas?

What about some UFC figures, they have shorts and you could use the pockets, there also very slender.
