so I just ordered an expendables 2 hale caeser figure.
I am planning on giving him abdominal articulation donated by quinten turnbull.
is there any advice any of you guys can give me?

Plastic Epoxy glue will make a permanent bond. Be sure to sand the areas being glued and sand the joint for paint rub. A little sculpt will hide the line where you glued.
