articulation help

love my ms deadpool, great sculpt and paint but an extreme lack of decent articulation. I only want to add bicep articulation to help with posing who is the best figure to use or the best method

The easiest way would be to add a cut joint to the arm. It's not the best joint, but it's easy to make one and you wouldn't have to mess with the rest of the figure very much. I have a few more suggestions, but need to know if you have a dremel and are you comfortable having to paint you DP.
