Question on soft plastic...

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I need to paint the soft plastic like the capes and other clothing parts on DC Classics figures but the paint never dries. Is there a way to do this?

Yeah, never use enamel.

Testors Model Masters Acrylic is pretty good along with Vallejo, Citadel, Tamyia, etc just as long as it is acrylic.

Testors Acrylic or Enamel? Enamel will never dry on most plastics used for action figures.

There is also some acrylic sprays that allow help bond the paint to the plastics.
