Question about NECA Dutch Schaeffer figures

I'm looking to duplicate Redshift's T-800 custom formula by way of splicing the lower body of Jungle Extraction Dutch onto Tanker Truck Pursuit Terminator. The only problem is, I have no idea if the shins on the Dutch figure have peg joints like the boot-top pegs on the T-800 (or, to put it in simpler terms, do the lower legs of Dutch pop off below the knees like the T-800's boots do?).
