Tightening DCUC Hips

Hello, I'm new to collecting figures such as the dcuc line and I recently got the nightwing figure from wave 3 with loose hip joints. I know most of the methods to use I'm just not to sure how to go about it with this one particular joint. I plan on using future floor polish to tighten it so if anyone could give me advice on the best way to go about applying it to this area of the figure that would be great.
