Need Some help

I am trying to do a custom in DCUC style of a Superboy villain from the 1970's called Stasis. He appeared in Superman Family #192, with art provided by Joe Staton. The issue I am coming up against is his helmet.

The following link will take you to an image of the helmet. If you guys can take a look at it and tell me what I can use to make this helmet, it would be most appreciated. Also, if any of you think the Juggernaut's helmet is ideal, I've already tried the ones contained with all of the Legends versions, as well as the Universe versions, and they are either too big or too wide for a DCUC head.

Take a walk down the hair care isle at a Target or something. A lot of those bottles have odd caps.
