Sculpting new pieces

Hello all. I am currently working on a Ken Masters figure based on his fight with Vega in the street fighter ii v series. I currently have all the parts I need aside from hands and some dremeling on the wrists (Everyone knows the SOTA Ken's have freakishly huge hands and feet)

But my real issue is err... No crotch! Basically, I used a capcom vs snk 2 kyo's legs but he had an extended abdomen. So I tried to dremel that and it was just a wreck.

So now I need to find a way to make one from scratch.. Only I have no experience in such a feat.

If anyone could please help, I would greatly appreciate it.
