If they gave him the MovieMasters treatment (ball joint arms and legs with swivel cuts fore biceps/thighs) - it might just work.

Some random stores (ToysRus, and Toys, Toys, Toys @ the Toronto Eatons center) now have MM figures in - and side by side with the standard Batman film figures - the non-MM line look like absolute hell.
