Sculpt clothes

I know super heroes are fond of the gym but what would you suggest as the best way to cover up muscle and sculpt clothing? Best grind the muscle and then sculpt clothing? Or just sculpt over? Also best way to sculpt a shirt? He's a thin figure I want to keep that but give him non skin tight clothes, any help or information would be amazing

I checked the boards was just looking for advise rather than how to`s , but I went with sanding and Tex-Hex was the outcome

I suggest you check out the tutorial section of the websight, they have some great tutorials for sculpting folds in clothing.
