Custom action figure head size

Hello Figure Realm, This will be my first post here. I am trying to figure out what is the best size for Action figure heads for a 4 inch body a 5 inch body a 6 inch 8 inch and 12 inch? I'm beginning to delve in to custom faces and need the measurements to put on pre existing figures, thank you for your time!
