Any neck mods out there for Marvel Select Rhino?

I've had the Marvel Select Rhino for a while now, and despite it being a great figure, I've found myself bothered by his neck articulation. It goes up a great deal which is great for running poses but he doesn't look down very much so hes a pain to pose with smaller figures since he can't look down towards them.
So has anyone out there modded his neck in any way to allow for better downward articulation and if so how did you do so?
