I use an old Weecher. It's very light in the hand, but the wiring has come loose twice so I had to disassemble and re-solder. Still, a regular Dremel is too heavy and powerful for delicate work. And they don't make my particular model any more. A similar looking model (WE242) looks to be $35 on e/bay. Second option: I have seen generic (knock-off) rotary tools in tool warehouses like Harbor Freight. A big kit with rotary tool and dozens of bits goes for like $20. At that price, you can buy two and throw them away if they break.
