hey is the Series 9 Black Spidey that much different than the Hasbro Origins Secret War Spidey?
from the pics, the s9 looks like it has white eyes and emblem while the Origins has a silver emblem and eyes.

Is there any other differences or is it the same figure?

Just the silver details is the different, and the arm limbs are less springy on the Spider-Man Origins for some reason.

ah no one needs to worry, it was just some dude on ebay
his auction lot didn't sell so I made him an offer, he accepted and I sent payment.
then he claims he didn't see my email confirming the deal or the paypal notification and that he got "confused" and it sold to another bidder ( there was no bids on the auction).
so he sold to someone else
So I assume someone gave him a better price and he pulled out of our deal, luckily for me, he refunded my full payment.
sux though cause it was a lot of great figures a fair price. oh well

I just got screwed over on a huge deal for a bunch of figures (nope it wasn't anybody from the forums)

so I had to remove a few Haves and Put back a few Wants
(removed loose haves: Mod Iron Man, Ult Cap, Mysterio, s16 Venom, Boxset Rogue)
(Wants that are now back on my list: McSpidey loose, BAF Sentinel complete)

So I still Need A SMC s12 Mcfarlane Spidey loose PLEASE
