well, since I don't have any apoxie, I'll try the rubber band method. hope I don't break anything on my figure...

Lol, I just pop the head off and put a little piece of Apoxie in there. Not to cure it, just put a little of part B in there because it's so sticky.

easy to fix young Chance!

pop the head and barbell peg off the neck using one of the tried and true heat n' pop methods. then get one of the little clear rubberbands that Mattel and Hasbro use to secure figures in the packaging and cut a little bit off - enough to just make a small circle in the neck peg well and stuff it in there. put the peg and head back on and it should be much tighter.
