Cowboys of Moo Mesa

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

The Cowboys of Moo Mesa was a cool show on ABC about 10-12 years ago. It was about cow cowboys.

There were some pretty good action figures from this show, but I can't find any anywhere. Does anybody know about these? I think the C. O. M. M. should be a new category.

Excellent info CJK! I will get your list added to the Checklists section. I've seen pics of these figures, but I never remember seeing them at the store. I don't even remember the cartoon.

What would you like to know about them? It may have been a decent show, I don't think I ever saw it, seems a lot of people didn't think much of it.

The figures didn't sell well at all, infact I ended up picking my set up for $1 each when Ames bought out Hills and was cleaning out old stock back in '98. The figs came out in '91, which means those poor Cow Boys sat around for 7 years before they finally sold...does that tell you how uninterested people are in this line?

Anyway there were 10 figs released and 1 vehicle.

Figures
Boot Hill Buzzard
Buffalo Bull
Colonel Cudster
Cowlorado Kid
Dakota Dude
Five Card Cud
Geronimoo
Saddlesore
Sheriff Terrorbull

Vehicle
Iron Horse

Every once in a while they do pop up on eBay but even with insanely low starting prices they still end with no one bidding on them. That's probably the reason they don't show up very often, most people who have them have them because no one else wants them

I've seen loose figures commonly at Toy Shows and Flea Markets for $1 or so a piece. Typically they're mixed in with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because they have that same cartoony style and fit in quite well.

Hope this helps!
