so I won this figure in an auction last month for a buck twenty and I filed a compliant it was never sent then the guy sends me a message "o im sorry I was really hoping to get more for it"
well dude you didn't so hand over the figure you win some you lose some but I won it and its mine now dude just refunded me
The guy with the PSP hasn't posted anything since I nailed him. Sadly they didn't give me enough room for all the complaints lol. Then the tard had the thing on the desk for a week before letting em know it arrived.
Yeah I'd leave negative feedback and send a copy of the email stating he refused to send to the Ebay folks as he nearly commited fraud. Ebay is full of d-bags. I ordered an item from their half.com branch at the start of the month and am still waiting. It doesn't take more than a week to get media mail here from florida and I can't file a complaint for another week I think. If you put in his negative feedback what he did I guarantee folks will avoid him, I did that with the guy who sold me that broken PSP.
I don't even see why people bother with reserves, just set the starting price at what you want to get out of it. It's not like there is requirement for all auctions to start at 99 cents.
Don't blame you mate, if it sells, it sells, doesn't matter if you didn't get what you wanted, that's what reserves are for. I could go on forever on this subject but for now I'll just say I sympathise with you mate, that's not right man.
out of curriosity, what figure were you supposed to get?
