What is this figure? (Picture included)

Hi everyone,

I saw this figure on someones tradelist recently, but didn't get any word yet on what it is:

I have a feeling it's a Marvel Legend (or at least one of those oddball ML-in-everything-but-it's name-series like the XMC or SMC figures), but I don't know what it's called.

If you have one (or 2?) available that I could buy, please let me know. Otherwise, I'd be happy just knowing what it's called, so I can do a search on eBay for one.

LoL, thanks for the help guys. I found one from the UK, and ended up paying a reasonable price for it (it was NIB in any case). Creepy-zombie wasteland cyborg 2.0, here I come.

They are not joking about them being worth a fortune, they are at ridiculous prices.

However, pop in a search on Evil bay for Fantastic Four and "green Robot", as that is what I did and snagged me one in a bundle of junk movie toys for less than a tenner inc shipping!!!
