NOOOOO I can't stand ryan reynolds. im just glad hes not playing flash since hes my favorite although reynolds would probably do a good job. I just can't stand him sorry.

I think they only movie he's been serious is was The Amityville Horror remake.

But he did one hell of a job in it. I don't mind him as Lantern, seeing who he beat out, he works better than they could have.

And yeah, the internet favorites for the role were Nathan Fillion() and David Boreanaz.

I just don't like Affleck and did not like him as Daredevil, I agree on the Kingpin Clark nailed him!

Daredevil was pretty good, can't say the same for elektra. It was too cheesy.

I liked Daredevil, I don't understand all the crap it gets. Great sets, great costumes, solid action, and the story was pretty close to the comics as far as comic-movies go. Kingpin being black was a bit of a suprise, but Clark did the role superbly; truthfully after I've seen him in the role I think I like Kingpin being black better. Jennifer Garner is hotter than sh*t, and Bullseye was entertaining as hell. The radar vision scene was really cool, it's just one of those special effects moments you'll never forget (like the T-1000 going liquid metal for the 1st time in T2).

We shall see, I thought it was an interseting choice myself, I wasn't happy with it, nor disappointed. I just hope that DC does this one well as I have always liked the Hal Jordan GL. Reynolds can act but I'm not sure how well he will morph into GL, hope its not a Ben Affleck to Daredevil type job.

He's perfect for deadpool, possibly the flash but definately not the green lantern. Not to mention he has no resemblence. He was great in ammityville horror, serious and scary, but not in the way Hal is

Ryan Reynolds is perfct 4 flash(Wally West) him and Neal Patrick Herris(Berry Allen) is it me or David Boraniz wood be a better Hal then Reynolds....

I don't like him as GL, Flash is probably more his speed but he's signed to be GL.

He beat out Bradley Cooper (The Hangover) and Justin Timberlake (Cry Me A River) for the role.

But also casting him as 2 Main Chars in the DC Universe seems like a bad idea also.

I like Ryan Reynolds, I loved Van Wilder and Blade Trinity. But...I can see Ryan Reynolds as The Flash (if it's Wally West), but he's not Hal Jordan. I've never seen Ryan Reynolds in a completely serious role, and Hal is all business when he's wearing The Ring. And he's way too young looking for Hal. BAD casting.

if he is green lantern and flash, it will make a continuitous justice league movie impossible. that would suck. unless they use jon stewart gl which would be cool.
