try looking at sites for doll house furniture they probably have plans like that and could be scaled down. the local craft shop has some but the stuff it's really bland.

That's actually a good idea. I have some relatively small bits for my router that I could maybe use.

I think the Spiderman movie green goblin came with a chair that could be convirted into one like that. I think it would loock best if you carved it.
