Does anyone know of any good price guides?

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

Any guides that show average prices for figures made around the 90's like X-men, or Spiderman, or Batman, or Superman. I've been looking around and all I find are places that show prices for Star Wars stuff. I'm not into Star Wars so you'll see my little problem here...

Any sites are appreciated....except for Star Wars....

Oh wow, I didn't know Lee's released a full price guide. I'll have to go hunt for that. Thanks for the info!

Lee's just put out their 1st issue of their "Toy Price Guide" which includes all action figure lines. The magazine is available now in stores. Ebay is till your most accurate guide though as some of their pricing is way off.

Hey Copy Lord,

Two of the more popular magazines are Toyfare and Lee's Toy Review. They both have a price guide in them.

I don't know of any online.

Are there any online price guides?

If not, could anyone give me the name of a magazine/book guide that I could find in a local store?

Thanks!

Its not a magazine its an actual reference book, huge almost 400 pages lots and lots of pics. And the prices are way out of the real range liek toyfare is.

I don't know of any web sites that have good price guides. I think they are just way too much work for anyone to keep up to date, plus they are usually pretty opinionated. Lee's Toy Guide has a lot of the information you are looking for. Most of their stuff is overpriced in the price guides, but it still gives you a good idea of which figures are worth more than others in a series.
