this f*****g thing. This is my most wanted figure of the year.
And yet I won't ever have it. Why? because my walmart doesn't even CARRY DCU. My other walmart is overloaded still with the kalibak wave. Why would they do this? Why would they release an exclusive of the JOKER of all characters and give it to walmart? I'm reading horror stories all over the web about how terrifyingly hard to find this figure is. It's futile because I already know I'm incapable of finding it thanks to my inept walmart. Joker sells. They should know that. He'd even sell on their scalper website matty. WTF mattel. People on fwoosh are ready to jump off of buildings for this figure/wave.

UUUUUUGGHH, this figure does inspire madness!!! I was at walmart last night trying to get my hands on the joker. Now the walmart that I go to still has the kalibak wave and the reissue wave w/firestorm. These figures have a different UPC than what was on the peg tags.
Apparently the UPC's are in numerical order as the kalibak wave had a UPC ending in 682 and the newer the wave the higher the number (wave 10 ends in like 75 something). The UPC on the pegs were definitely for wave 10 and when the employee I asked for assistance scanned it she said that the system was coming up with 21 in the back. now there were only 11 figures on the pegs, that means even if the UPC corresponded to those figure there were 10 missing.
The things was the UPC didn't correspond to the figures on the pegs they corresponded to Wave 10, I even asked the employee how often do they update the UPC tags on the pegs and they said they just changed them a few weeks back which would mean they updated them back when wave 10 arrived at their store. I hate ranting and raving unless I have something absolutely crucial to say, and what I'm saying is
"I HATE WAL-MART!!!"
I thought I'd post this seeing as maybe some of you can relate.
On a lighter note I did leave my info with the manager and I did pick up that Gotham city 5 pack, over all it wasn't a total loss.
was at walmart today and picked up 2 snake eyes figures, the pursuit one and the new one where hes grey and in a commando suit, movie card. anyways, while I was there they have the new wave. manbat, powergirl, etc. all but the joker. yet the others there were many of
Like I was saying on a diferent thread I found out why the distribution is bad. Mattel just puts the figures in crates randomly. This kepes store from ordering all the goold figures before other stores have a chance. But it also makes it posible for stores to get a bunch of the same figure in a crate. I learned this when I was on the fone with a custemer service person at mettel.
I'll have to sneek into the back of my local wall mart ninja atyle to get mine!

Most of the walmarts probably have the new wave in the back but refuse to put it out until they have no choice or the old wave empties out. That and if it's like the one my dad works at the toy dept manager doesn't wanna do anymore work than need be. I have to look at the other walmart we have in the area that is half compitent and puts out new stuff every night.
