I'm Asking This Cuz I Got Comics But I Never Gave Em Away So I Want To Make Me Some Money.........But Can Anybody Tell Me If This Is The First G.I. Joe Comic Book? I Think It Is Cuz All It Says Is A Real American Hero On It So I'm Just Guessing.

Well it's definitely pre-2003. See the comics code authority approval stamp? Marvel stopped using the CCA in 2003.

The normally say the year they were written in that tiny little text some where in the comic.

Well, Ben Reily's on the cover, so it has to have been in the (3?) year period of his existence before Marvel mercifully killed him off. I'm thinking around 1995-96 or so... but I could be wrong. I really doubt it's worth more than a few bucks, and that's only to those who are willing to buy it.

GI Joe is probably not worth much. The cover has too much visible wear too it. But yes that is from the original series.

The Street Fighter one maybe because of a resurgence in interest in the characters.

You want to know if it's worth anything? I seriously doubt it. Malibu Comics existed in the era of publishers overprinting every comic to meet what they thought was a booming collector's demand. Instead, there were crates and crates of unsold number 1 issues and variant holographic covers...

Well, up in the top-left corner it says "63 Sept", and that should mean that it is issue 63 and came out in September, unless your wondering if it is from the first GI Joe Comic Book series, rather than first issue.

You mean the first volume? I'm not sure, but the cover price is $1.00, so I bet that comic was published in 1989 or 1990... somewhere in that era. Assuming that title came out monthly, it'd have been out for 5 years and some change, so probably around 1984-85... that sounds about right for it to be the first volume.
