Favorite Hero:
Green Lantern - Kyle Rayner

That's right, I'm a Kyle fan. But I like Hal too, there's room for both (althought the GL Corps writers don't know squat about Kyle's character )

Favorite Villain:
Dr. Doom

Doom is the man! Nobody messes with Doom. Even Marvel's greatest heroes fear Doom. Who else has taken the power of a God (Beyonder) for himself? Who else have fought the Devil himself (Mephisto)? Who else in the Marvel Universe has control of an entire nation as well as a whole other planet? No man but Doom!

This is a tough question; my line up changes from time to time. Here are the folks that spend he most time on my list:

Heroes*-

Han Solo
Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Logan/Wolverine (yeah; I know, he's over-exposed. But I've been a fan since the brown and tan costume days of the late 70's)
Ben Sisko (DS9)

Villains*-

Vader
Emperor Palpatine
Magneto
Gul Dukat (DS9)

Well I think where Drax got him was the never ending long for death that Thanos has. After all he saw death and the acceptance in her eyes was enough for Thanos to let his guard down long enough for Drax to kill him.Thanos always give the opposing side a way to bring him down.

My fave villains, in this order...

Thanos of Titan
Dr Doom
Magneto

Oh I hope he'll come back sooner than later. Drax being able to kill him is utter BS in my opinion, but what are you gonna do? Thanos was nearly on par with Galactus in power and some muscle head is able to kill him? Doesn't add up.

I thought the point of the new X-Force was to go kill Cable....because he stole a baby.

OK so Marvel decides to bring back Cable and X Force and at what expense to destroy the only Marvel book I read Cable and Deadpool. The sad part of this whole venture is the fact that C&DP is a very high selling book. You would think that a book that attracts a lot of readers would keep going but no they want to put Cable back in the seriousness of the marvelverse.

So fans of C&DP issue 50 shall be last!

When did Midnighter survive on Mars?

I read up to issue 7 of Midnighter, they don't focus on him being gay at all. It's like watching Punisher in action except he can destroy tanks bare-handedly and he's gay, manly gay though.

I myself have a problem with the whole gay superhero thing not because there gay but because that its a fad, and the only reason that they make the comic character gay is to cash in on the hollywood popularity of the gay community, they make the story line all around being gay instead of makin it a detail of the character and not the entire idenity, like north star great character and why because being gay is not the main reason you read about him, come on would you really want to read a comic that is solly devoted to dare devil tryin to get in to the pants of every female, I think not

I never read much Spider-man, I wouldn't know where to start x_X

Start with "The Death of Gwen Stacy" graphic novel. You'll get it on e bay, it rocks!

The only thing that bugs me about the gay characters is when the writers use their gayness as an excuse to do things out of character.

Like if Midnighter has to go kill Hitler and when he's about to do it, he has a flashback about his lover that looked like Hitler and so spares his life.

No goddammit! Gayness means you love men, not that you would spare Hitler's life just because he looks like your hump-buddy!

And yes, I did read the first issue, I'm on the second one now

(Oh and it's Wildstorm I think, so DC Comics.)

I never read much Spider-man, I wouldn't know where to start x_X

Spiderman vs Green Goblin

The most fabulous storyline in comic history!
You have friends, love, death ,betrayal, tragedy and vengeance. This whole plot (if you never read it, check out "The Death of Gwen Stacey" series).
Spidey was never gonna come out of this one smiling.

well both actually. The only person I've seen do more damage to someone in a comic is MAX punisher. The midnighter books is well written, and gratuitusly violent. lol two of my key points when reading a funny book

Im just curious and I don't want to start a whole big thing here...But is Midnighter your hero because he" breaks the mold of gay characters in comics"..or because "He survived on Mars?"

I'm going to ahve to go with Midnighter on this one. he definetly breaks the mold of gay characters in comics, and that aside I'd give him even odds on ANY other super person out there. He survived on Mars! Mars!

Really, John Stewart? Might I ask why?

I don't read enough comics to know a lot of characters but here goes anyway...

Heroines:
Red Sonja
Hawkgirl (Shayera from the JLU cartoons, don't know how she acts in comics)
Rogue (even though I don't read X-Men, is she evil now or what?)
Huntress (my Goddess, she's gorgeous)
Batgirl (Babs and Cassie)

Heroes:
Superman (whatever, I like the guy, the most powerful being on Earth and he refuses to take advantage of us, that's pretty admirable in my book, I'd abuse that power in a sec :P )
Punisher
Mr Freeze (yeah, I know, but when the dude decides to do the right thing it's usually to save Batman's life )
Green Lantern (they're all pretty cool)
Batman (meh, I needed a filler )
Captain America (he's frikkin' Captain America! Plus, he talks funny )

Villains:
Scarecrow and Mad Hatter (they're hilarious together)
Mr Freeze
Most criminals (...as they get their brains blown or stomped on by Punisher)
Captain Coder
Kyle

Aunt May
