well, once kingpin found out spidey's identity after the events of civil war, he sent a guy to kill peter parker. the guy then shoots aunt may instead, and spider-man gets pretty upset and goes and beats the crud outta kingpin, this was the "back in black" arch following the civil war one. from here, spidey goes into the "one more day" arc. two words: joe quasada. the plot was that spider-man is given a choice by mephisto to either give up his marriage with m.j. and save aunt may, or let aunt may die. after he decides to save aunt may, ha can no longer remember ever being married to mary jane, his identity is a secret, he has mechanical web shooters again and no new powers, and harry osborn is alive and well. pretty crazy, but also impressive, since I'm 13 and am completely obsessed with comics
ah, yes. I've been with amazing spider-man since road to civil war, and stuck with it ever since. iron spidey was very short lived, but one thing I wish they had kept was his new powers from "the other".
That's cool. It's been a long time since I've picked up any issues of Spider-man. I guess I was all Spider-man'ed out after the movies and the whole Iron Spider thing.
cool. yep, I'd say it was the best so far on spider-man brand new day. and salvador larraco's art was really good. I can't wait until invincible ironman starts, with matt fraction and larroca!
wow, well, that's weird. what did Mark Guggenheim do on tv? I know he did that run on amazing spider-man, and it was the best run on "Brand New Day" so far, but what did he do on tv?
