I know next to nothing about the non Marvel chicks, but considering Elektra whupped up on Catwoman's skintight butt so severely back in the 90s I'd put my money on her. Then again, who knows how long she's been a Skrull? I assume you're speaking strictly of the non Skrull Elektra.
