New thunderbolts just marvels attempt to do the secret six?

I've read this line since luke cage took over -- just back read when I got curious of some neat characters of the former lineups.

IMHO, marvel has 2 shady teams already -- Secret and "this" -

though I'm a big fan of shady and action packed ones, I think they can make a new twist that making obvious "likeness" of other comics.

so far, I'm enjoying the Thunderbolts line up

To me it seems like marvel has been ripping off DC more and more recently. I mean I know they both "barrow" ideas from each other but its getting a tad out of hand now. This is the biggest reason why I'm more into Indie stuff right now.
