Old Ninja Magazine

Hello guys, This isn't really a comic but I remember finding this old black & white Ninja magazine at a Flea Market some years ago and all of the stories in it were comic-like artwork. I recall that it was my first exposure to martial arts comics since up till then I only read the mainstream superhero stuff but always liked ninjas. The artwork in it was pretty good but the main story was the best and it had some ninja fighting like these 3 demons or something. The artwork was awesome and the fight scenes were kick@$$. He was also on the cover with his shirt ripped off but he still had his mask on. I've tried searching for it through other Martial Arts publications but can never find it. Any ideas? Thanks
