I heard that he went Supernova in the negative zone killing all the baddies that were on him, still not sure how he's getting back ?

Oh hey, so I know it has already been a while, but how did Johnny come back? Like I said, I don't read the FF book.

Yeah Johnny will be back somehow. Especially seeing as spiderman is filling his role.

my prediction:
johnny is badass.

Ah. Ok.
Wonder how long it will take to retcon that. I give it about 9 months, or whenever a new creative team takes over the book. Definitely less than two years.
Any predictions on how he will come back?
A.) They use a time machine to go back and save him.
B.) They make a replacement Johnny with a clone.
C.) It was actually a skrull impersonating Johnny that died and he is still alive somewhere.
D.) It was all a dream.
E.) None of the above - I would love to hear more predictions! Could be fun.

Well its a fairly long story so I will try to make it brief. Reed creates a group of higghly intelligiant kids to help solve the worlds problems and calls them the Future Foundation. He allows them to choose the first project they want to work on. As it is a crew with Valeria Franklin and Super Smart Moloids that Thing saved they all decide to work on curing Thing. Meanwhile there is a massive cult that worships the negative zone building. While this is all going on a research team funded by the FF find an ancient city under the frozen ocean of I think antarctica. It is called old atlantis and it has been hidden away for thousands if not millions of years. Sue is named middle man between old atlantis and the rest of the world. Namor learns of this and bassicly declares war. Sue uses her force shields to stop the warring factions until they can come to an agreement.

While she is busy playing peace maker the Future Foundation creat a cure that allows Thing to be human for one week a year which he quickly takes and Human torch takes him out for the time of his life.

Eventually Galactus comes to earth when he senses his own future dead self buried underground. He and the Silver Surfer demand answers. Reed explains his future self was killed on "new earth" ( a future counter earth that was accesible from our earth" this enrages galuctus who declares he will devour "new earth". Reed pleeds to be allowed to save the people there to which galuctus replies he will allow him to try but he will not slow his assualt.

Johnny and Ben return home to discover the cult has attacked the baxter building trying to get to the negative zone portal. They discover the entire cult is filled with bugs and they eventually break through and reveal there REAL plan. To unleash a new annihilation wave. Johnny Thing and the kids from the future foundation go through the portal to come up with aplan and eventually deduce the only hope is to blow the portal up from the negative zones side. They also decide the only way to do that is to make sure the Negative Zone creatures don't destroy it. Thing decides to stay behind but just then Johnny throws him through the portal saying he just got his humanity back and he should enjoy it. He then closes the portal sacraficing himself to save earth.
