It was a piece of clay that fell off of him and changed into a girl and got amnesia or something so it thought it actually was a little girl

Also I think that's just a drawing of batman characters, not necessarily BTAS characters. Since Cassie Batgirl and Hush weren't in the show, and Catwoman & Ra's are in different costumes.

in the cartoon he makes her to trick robin. and robin falls in love with her n she ends up not being real

I'm pretty sure in the animated series he could look like normal people, probably just one of those things like Joker killing Bruce's dad in Batman 89.

Wait, but if it was a piece of his shoulder, why does the girl look normal and not like clay?

The little girl was from an episode of TNBA (The New Batman Adventures), Clayface had lost a piece of his clay or something like that.

I considered that, but the girl doesn't have red hair and Barbara is already represented as the Batgirl standing on the Batmobile...who is this mystery girl? Anyone got the number for the Bat-phone? This looks like a job for the world's greatest detective!
