I stumbled across this link while perusing Toycutter:



It blows my MIND. - and here I thought I got clever some time to time repurposing things while adding articulation. I'd consider this guys 'Raptor custom figure scratchbuilt. Check it out - it's inspirational.

My favorite thing about Grownnerd is that he provides WiP pics for basically everything he does that he knows people are going to be wondering around. I'm impressed by his stuff everytime I see it.

That certainly is scary good, kind of a kit bash / scratch build for me though.
