Mortal Kombat cartoon: Defenders of the realm:episode 1

What is the cartoon with the characters voices are brass instruments? There was a cartoon that had a song playing in the background with a trumpet and other brass and it had the cartoons talking but by pretending the voice was a trumpet and some other brass instrument. I'm sure there is a youtube video on it but I have no idea how to find it. I really liked the song from it too. Any help would be appreciative!

Wasn't it part of that USA network cartoon block that had the american megaman, the american streetfighter, wing commander, and then this on?

I just saw this cartoon on actor Nick chinlund his imdb profile he was Billy bedlamb from conair & toombs from the 2nd riddick & and the animated movie well he did a voice of Quan Chi so it says.
I completely forgot about this series then remembered that thay used to show it on Sunday mornings on USA network here in Hawaii when I was like 14 or 15. I gotta catch it again on YouTube.

I don't think the show lasted very long as it was towards the end of the MK fad.
