The Ghost of Captain Stacy!

In the Amazing Spider-Man, Peter decides to see Gwen Stacy even after the dieing Captain Stacy told him not to. Wouldn't Capt. Stacy be angry at Peter for disobeying his orders. Well that got me thinking, over the years of being Spidey, Peter would visit Madam Web. But then one day, Madam Web gives Peter false advise which leads him to getting killed. And then Pete will finally realize that it wasn't Madam Web he's been visiting!
