Is Neca TMNT Wave 2 canceled?

I preordered these figures when the estamated rellease date was September 2009 and have been waiting sense then. I've been hearing rummors that the wave was canceled and will never come out and was wondering if anyone new if this is true?

Right, just cancel the preorder and get your money back, and then try to forget the prototypes ever existed

I can't just move on. I proeordered the run so I already spent a bunch of money on them so if it's canceled I want my money back.

I've heard it was cancelled and then there is this interview with Randy from NECA:

Your best bet is to consider the line cancelled and move on. It will be interesting to see if anything pops up at SDCC though.
