got a ps2, but I can't play much since I don't have the time games demand nowadays, I just got smackdown vs raw 2009, and I spend nearly 5 hour just editing a guy, a move set, 2 finishers, and no entrance, and the guy sucks

Odd....I have a PS3 that gets played NONSTOP by my little bro (and me every so often) and we have over 100+ games for it and haven't had a problem with it over heating OR games not playing as Play Staion stated some wouldn't. And as for the prices for the consoles I agree whole-heartidly!

The new update for the whole xbox 360 is strange. Are they trying to replicate the wii with the avatars? It kind of reminds me of the old xbox format. I really like the group chats instead of individual private chats.

My PS3's gonna be rather cold and unused until Tekken6 comes out

Until the newer systems get to the $100-$150 mark I'm done with new console gaming. I'm still having fun with my PS2 and Cube. Not to mention I got near 100 games for PS2 alone and I son't want to buy a PS3 then not have them run on it.

(BTW PS3 systems still have over heating probs. Co-worker got one and it fragged Need For Speed along with the console)

I have X-box live,though the only thing I've played online is Fable 2-I haven't played co-op yet though.
I jus might lose it because I let my brother in law borrow Fable 2.Oh well,there's still Lost Odessey and Kung Fu Panda,not to mention I still need to get my hands on Conkers Live and Reloaded.

I heard about the red ring..It has happen to me. What I did was remove that cooler fan and change the power supply, and I guess that did the trick for me. I just hope nothing happen when I play Fallout3, Gears of war 2 , Dead space , Tekken 6..Wait I'm going to get that for the Ps3 to so No worry.

When I do find the time to sign up to x-box live I will drop my Id asap.

Yes the earlier models are at a higher risk but but they usually update them to run better.

I year back, my friend on Xbox Live was missing and I had to find a new halo buddy, then one day he got on and I asked him where was he, he said he got the red ring and waited 6 months to get his Xbox 360 fixed. Isn't it the earlier versions that are in more risk of getting it?

not really that big an issue because repairs are free just been to lazy too send mine in

The ring is around the power button on the 360 and when working is green, but turn's red if your 360 stops working.

The red ring means it's not working.
