You could use the legs from the Tajiri wrestling figure or like the new Hasbro WW2 Captain America and sculpt over the boot lace covers.

XMC Gambits have sweet upper arm sleeves, and all the male Buffy figures have a interchangible set of sleeves arms. Too bad there are NINE DUDES in the band. It would be hard to find instruments.

I'll let you know if I see more stuff you could use because I love ideas like this. I am making a Ryan Adams, I just need to find a good head. I also plan on doing Coheed & Cambria and a Jack White.
