Cult Classic Films~

Posted in Off Topic

I'm so amazed at how many genre defining films go un watched by some ppl! If I hear of a movie that rly defined an area of films I have to watch it! Wat movies stand out in your mind as cult classics? I'll start a list and I'd like to know what ones you've seen or not and what films I've missed! I rly don't know if anyone will be intrested in this thread but....
P.S. I'll mostly be listing horror movies so films from other genres would be good too..
1. James Bond movies!
2. Alfred Hitchcock's films (most notibly Psycho)
3.John Carpenter's Halloween (and the sequel)
4. Friday the 13th (original I don't think others should even count)
5. Nightmare on Elm Street (wouldn't count anything but original)
6.Texas Chainsaw Massecure (no idea how spell)(I kinda liked the remake best and a few of the sequels but the original seem remembered)
7.Rocky Horror Picture Show
8. Terminator
Hmm.. (These are all from the top of my head so add wat you can from just out of the blue too...)

I don't think Terminator and James Bond could be considered cult classics, as they are very well known and liked.

To me the Evil Dead movies are awwesome cult classics. They contain a good bit of humor and special effects that kept me loving them for years.
