Reasons Why The 80s Ruled

Posted in Off Topic

In response to another thread where the 80s were being discussed, I wanted to add this one. Well that and because the 80s truly did rule! There's also one that's been going at the CCL Boards if you want to check it out:

Oh man, I loved the 80s! The greatest decade of all-time!

Hello,

We got some legends on this board "Bow down" Heh.

I love the 80's movies and musics. When my girlfriend is not home. I be watching the 80's horror films non-stop. I would say nightmare of elm street was one of my all time favorite flick.

The fashion for the 80's was really u-neek as well.

Ronin warriors for sure is in my top 5 amine list. I remember waking up in the early 90's to watch that show. Good old days .

I'm going to rent some horror films tonight. I'll make sure to pick up some good one. Very cool list.

Take care all
Bye:-)

I was a teen in the mid 90s and didn't enjoy it at all lol. I'll take the 80s anytime and frankly would be just as happy in the 60s or 70s.

I'm kind of partial to the 70's myself.

The 80s were ok, but honestly I enjoyed the 90s far more. Probably because I spent my teen years during that decade. It's easier to remember your teen years than when you were a kid. I was 12 in 1990.

whoohoo hair metal bands! I annoy my girlfriend (who is 22 and I'm 30) because I have no clue about the newer music she talks about. Luckly she's into the 80s. The only new groups I get cds for is rob zombie, all teh rest of my stuff is pre grunge era or bands who have been around since the 80s or earlier. I'm trying to get 80s movies at the moment and want to make a musuem to the 80s lol. I feel bad for everyone who wasn't around to enjoy the 80s from start to finish, I also feel bad that I didn't know how good I had it growing up then (or that I was too young to really have fun then).
