The Open Window

Hey guys I just bought a 2nd hand spider-man 2 video game for the gamecube. I went on-line for cheat codes and I guess there's one for level select. I entered the code and went to the VANCE building in times square, saw the "unlocked" in the marquee and proceeded to crawl around that building looking for that open window for !@#$!!** hours. Any help here would be great before I loose my mind. Thanks
