They need to cast the guy that plays Duke In the G.I .Joe Movie Tatum Channing & Cast Him As Steve Rogers & Get John Cena As Super Soldier Captain America Also Lance Henriksen as Red skull he did the voice for "Transformers: Animated" as Lockdown or go for broke & Cast Ryan Reynolds He's Playing everyone else why not .

they need to get somebody who's evil enough for the skull yet smart at the same time, if anthony hopkins was younger he would make a good skull.. they also need more films with kelsey grammar, he'd be a good villain due to his intelligent speaking style
