If you were a Super Hero (or villain)...who would you be?

Posted in Off Topic

Just thought I would try something...I was going to do a poll, but I figure there would be about a gazillion Deadpools. So instead, how about naming which Super Hero (or Villain) you would be AND explaining why. If you want to use an original character, please include a pic (or a pic of your customized character if you have done one) ,and detailed background information. Otherwise, please stick to an established character that most people would be familiar with.

...Oh, and don't just post something basic like "I would be Spiderman because he is cool", or "I really like Wonder Woman's outfit"...explain why you would identify with the character, what you have in common, or why you would want to have the character's power or something like that. Go into a little bit of detail.

So let's give it a try...

If I were a hero I'd be Batman, I would travel the world, learn all sorts of junk, then return home to fight corruption and crime. Seriously though, Batman has smarts and that's what appeals to me. He has dedication and strength and self-control, things I lack. Batman is an example to live up to, not to mention he has the BATMOBILE, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

If I were a villain I would be Magneto. The Master of Magnetism. Yes. We all have a little bit of evil in us all. I would honestly shoot for taking over the world. There is nothing better than people being afraid of you (Hero above employs the same tactics). With the wave of a hand I would crush entire armies. I would control the metal market and make trillions! HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Ok I'm getting a bit carried away...

Well, since I started this thread, I guess I'll put my two cents in...As a superhero, I would probably like to wield the power of the God of Thunder...Yep, ol' Goldilocks himself-Thor. I'm not sure which incarnation of him I would want to be, but I love the idea of having the power to summon storms, swinging a big indestructible hammer, and the power of flight (technically the hammer flys and pulls Thor). Really, who wants to be a superhero when you can be a 'god'?

As far as villains go, Sabretooth has always been a favorite of mine. I love the ferocious tenacity he possesses and the rivalry between him and Wolverine. I hated it when Marvel made him into a quasi-good guy...Creed is supposed to be one bad dude. I guess Marvel killed him off, but I suspect with his powers of regeneration, we have not seen the last of him.

I'd probaly be wolverine.being damn near indestructible sounds pretty nice. Not to mention an accelerated healing factor and hightened senses. And having a skeleton laced with adimantium is a nice touch, heavier hands means you hit harder which will come in handy in fights.

I would Be superman But I would not be A boy scout I would find any weekness Like kryptonite & I would get rid if it launch it into the sun or lock it away & If I had a villian like Lex I would make an example of him . I would like all nations to unite but it wouldent work so I would be a tyrant for A half way decent world Like a Super Punisher ( No Cape No Tights ) If you can't be A decent human you gotta go ! that would be my bumper sticker !

deadpool. he is care free, he will kill just about anyone just for the heck of it, he can't die, he makes lots of jokes and mocks people all the time,he is compleatly insane.... and we all know the rest. I really feel a strong connection with the charicter.... I might be crazy also....

I would probably be Gambit. Not so much because of the powers, but because he just can't help himself with the ladies, gambling and being "led astray" (see the Marauders for the ultimate example!!).

He's essentially a good guy, with a rotten streak. I suppose I identify with that, as I am always getting myself in trouble with the ladies and the law!!!

I'm bipolar, so I'd be two different heroes.

Deadpool: I'm crazy, great with a gun, skilled wtih a sword, and I believe my life is a TV show.

Nightwing OR Moon Knight: They're pretty much the same hero in terms of skills and gadgets, but on different levels of dark, and they're both SO badass

Superman. He's kind, compassionate and brave. He's able to stop the biggest threats in the Universe without killing them. He sticks to his code of honor and ethics even when the world tells him not too. He's given his life to protect others in both regular continuity and All Star Superman. He's everything that a superhero, that a man should be.

Iron Man

He's just beast with his armor designs. I mean he could literally make a suit against any comic character out there. I think it's pretty cool. He's smart as well, so it's all good. Just that drinking problem though...

Lobo

I'm not saying viloncence is right. But haven't you ever wanted to just beat the crap out of a stupid person some days? I'd enjoy the invenerablity and super strengh. With Lobo's tracking skills I be just like him...a bounty hunter. I real high profile super rich one taking all the highy paying jobs. Thanks to my strengh and invernablity the job would pose no threat to my health so I could affort to work such a dangerious job. I love dogs and would love to have one follow me around all the time.

Plus the Hawg is pure unaltutrated 100% babe magent.

I would want to be batman since he's just a normal guy who uses gadgets to get by, it shows if you deadicate yourself into something that you truly believe in, nothing is impossible and nothing can stop you, or green lantern since anything you think of can be projected by the ring, maybe even flash; I could go to toys'r us and still be back in time for brave and the bold

I would want to be like Spawn or Venom. I think it would be cool to have a living black custume that can morph and change your appearance/clothes/ and weapons to your liking and only be limited to your imagination.

I'd don't think I can really relate to any hero, maybe bob because he's a bit dope and kinda weak, but if I could just have a power it be invisibility, I mean I hate going out places and having people hunt me down to talk to me, I mean personally I'm anti social most of the time, its anxiety and such but being invisible would help so much because then I don't have to worry about people seeing me, or if I choose to do something good nobody will know it was me. Plus I don't need a costume or anything..... but I'd like the invisibility where I can turn my clothes or other objects too.... because I'd hate to keep on having to ditch my clothes and be nude running around... especially in pa, where its usually freezing lol

I don't know if I would be a specific hero, but I would want to have Telepathy. It seems like that would be the most practical power to have in today's world. You don't need super-strength or flight unless you plan on fighting the military. But telepathy would help you gain good positions in work, gain money, gain power, gain women, you name it. You could manipulate people and situations to your advantage like nobody's buisness.
