I found today an endless supply of spiders in a box of id4 toys... also I found the floppy game pay disks! time to save the world... maybe I'll be better at playing this now than I was back then
My dad and I were moving a base for a huge train diorama out into the garage and inside was an original G1 Optimus Prime Roller. He still has the flash on the wheels from when he was molded and no fading. Also when we clean up outside we find parts of figures and entire matchbox/hotwheels that are really well preserved. I found my A team van in the sandbox we use for forging our swords lol.
I'm still hoping to find my missing Turtles, Pre-Legends and GI-Joe Stuff but I fear it has been tossed or given away. Then again my dad still can't find his collection of Star Trek packaged figs and vehicles from the 90's and we definatly didn't get rid of those, So theres Hope!
I Found A Box Of Comics I Had Shipped From Hawaii In There I Found A Lot Of Comics I Forgot I Bought. But the real Gem Was A Spiderman Hologram Cover Comic That was AutoGraphed By Stan Lee when He Came To Hawaii Years Ago Theres A Certificate Of Autenticity in it I think It was Febuary 94 or 93. I Remember I Bought It At A Garage Sale For No Bull S#it Twenty Five Cents . The People I Bought It From Had A Box of Comics & They Told Me "All Those Are A Quarter " So I Picked Up Like $5 worth I Kept The Autographed One & Gave The Rest Away To Some Kids In The Next Neighbour hood that were Playing on the side walk. I Told them To Read & Draw These Pictures From The Comics I did End up driving Back Down That Same Road Later That Day & I Saw Spiderman & Wolverine Drawn On The Sidewalks That Was Kinda Cool .
Yep, I actually found my little beat up gen 2 ipod shuffle. I was contemplating selling it, but its not worth a lot. I did however find my NES system and some games with it. Which was a neat finding. I love retro stuff.
I know I did, I found first of all a starwars electronic bank (c3p0 r2d2 w/ some change still inside =D ), all of my led zeppelin cassets and the other classic rock ones including some frank zappa, and some awesome teenage mutant ninja turtles cartoons on VHS!
Found my Mini Vac-Man in a random box today "And his arms stretch out to next week!"
Then again my dad still can't find his collection of Star Trek packaged figs and vehicles from the 90's and we definatly didn't get rid of those, So theres Hope!
