Disney Vs....

I have been seeing people talking about "customizers" getting "Cease and desist letters" from Disney for trying to sell customs on ebay....is this true?
Has it ever gone further than that?...were people acctually taken to court over customs?...I sure hope not..that would be pretty damn ridiculous.

I heard about this a while ago. I don't think Disney continued with it because they were getting lots of bad plublisity.
